Founder and CEO of Born Bright, Yasasvi, is a young entrepreneur and an alumnus of DPS, Nacharam. With a great sense of responsibility to make the nation a better place, he stepped into the field of education and takes a keen interest in the upbringing of our group of schools. Trained at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, in the field of civil engineering, he is invested in exploring, learning, and creating distinct opportunities for all.

He completed a minor in business psychology and entrepreneurship from University College London. He is an angel investor and growth hacker from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Balaji Arun Educational Society and leads from the forefront with various projects that capture the attention of the young generation.

Dr. Karthik is a dynamic professional, humble by nature, and a distinguished Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills. He brings both expertise and empathy to his role as Director of Pallavi Schools.

With advanced training in joint replacement, sports injuries, and shoulder and elbow surgeries completed in Italy, Dr. Karthik extends his commitment to excellence into the educational realm.

Dedicated to the holistic well-being of our students, he places a strong emphasis on their physical and mental health. His vision is to provide a quality education that nurtures each child's potential through a balanced focus on academics, ethical values, and personal growth.

Dr. Karthik is deeply invested in encouraging students to explore their talents, engage in sports and inter-school activities, and strive for international accomplishments.

In staying ahead of the EdTech curve, Education leadership is a priority in education systems across the world. Management needs to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it more attractive. All the four policy levers of leadership viz skills, responsibility, accountability, and distribution of leadership, taken together, will be the pivoting future. Managements of education system need to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it sustainable.

Fast-changing potential of digital tools like robotics, blockchain and artificial intelligence, and how they can be integrated and used to equitably boost teaching, learning and administrative performance. Continuous professional development is essential to equip educators with the skills needed for modern classrooms.

Accessibility will also be a key focus, ensuring that all learners, regardless of background or ability, have equal opportunities to thrive. The combination of traditional classroom methods with online resources will offer flexible learning environments, accommodating diverse needs and schedules. Ethical considerations surrounding data privacy and technology access will be paramount in shaping equitable educational landscapes.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education from Paris University (France). Her academic excellence includes dual Master’s degrees in English and Hindi, a Bachelor’s in Education, and a specialization in Mass Communication. She further strengthens her leadership with prestigious international certifications in Classroom Management (Cambridge University), Educational Leadership & Administration, and a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), bringing a strong focus on student well-being and emotional resilience.

She is widely respected for her visionary leadership, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire both educators and learners alike.
